This week and next, in an effort to help all those revising for or taking wine exams, we will be publishing further profiles of leading New Zealand wine producers of particular interest to Monty Waldin, author of Monty Waldin's Biodynamic Wine Guide 2011 (sold via www.lulu.com).
James and Annie Millton are New Zealand's biodynamic pioneers. Their Gisborne estate has been fully BioGro certified organic since 1989 but using biodynamic methods.
