What an exceptional vintage this was, in almost every way. The en primeur campaign took place in spring 2020 when the world was locked down. Long-time Bordeaux resident James Lawther MW, now a fully fledged member of our team, was kind enough to flit from château to château tasting as many of the most sought-after wines as possible but this was inevitably fewer than usual.
