No, this is not about Jancis' old book on grape varieties [Vines, Grapes & Wines, 1986] (nor the new one [Wine Grapes, 2012]). It's about variety or, if you like, diversity. Diversity is one of the buzz words in politics and in (big multinational) business. But when it comes to wine, I really appreciate diversity too.
