The following is the text of a paper given by Brian Croser at the symposium in Canberra described earlier this week here. References are listed at the end of the paper.
It's an honour to be invited to address the seventh University House Wine Symposium, especially as it is a celebration of 40 years of the modern Canberra wine industry. I have been witness to the emerging Canberra wine community for 34 of the 40 years being celebrated. I love coming to Canberra and have had plenty of reasons over the past three decades to do so.
