As the sommelier and beverage manager for the Culinary Institute of America in St Helena, California, housed in the Greystone building pictured below, Traci Dutton has the enviable yet taxing responsibility of selecting and purchasing wines for this important educational body's professional wine studies classes as well as the degree and certificate programs. She is also the wine buyer for the CIA restaurant and handles all wine-related purchases for their special events.
