As Max reported recently in Rebirth of the Australian super-blend, some of the giants of the Australian wine business are showing an inclination to revisit and celebrate the blends represented by some of the country’s most legendary historic wines. Penfolds, for instance, launched their new g3 with commercial acuity and many an embargo in Hong Kong recently.
