The following tasting notes on current-release Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignons include some wines that are not labelled as “Cabernet Sauvignon,” even though they contain the legal minimum of 75 per cent Cabernet Sauvignon and could be labelled as such (Dominus and Opus One, for example).
