The great thing about the port business at the moment, or rather the Port Wine Trade as its traditional practitioners tend to call it, is that it is so dynamic. All sorts of new small quality-minded producers are coming on to the scene, some of them, like the young couple behind Wine & Soul, the company that makes the small-production Pintas, having cut their teeth on Douro table wines.
