For only the fourth time ever, winemaker Daphne Glorian (far left) and her husband Eric Solomon of US wine importer European Selections presided over a (partial) vertical of her tiny-production Priorat Clos Erasmus in London last month. Previous tastings had been in Daphne's native Switzerland, Eric's native America and in Denmark. Daphne with her long blonde hair must look very much at home in Denmark while wiry, energetic Eric could surely only be American.
