As we all know, the cleverest way to buy wine from supermarkets is to seize the odd bargain when it's available and to resist all other temptations
Somerfield have Domaine du Bois Viognier 2002 Vin de Pays d'Oc reduced from £4.99 to £3.99 until 22 jun and at the lower price it really is a steal. It's not the headiest Viognier you will ever have tasted but it certainly could be no other varietal (NB correct usage) and is to my taste distinguished by enormous nerve and vitality.
