London wine merchant Roberson has a reputation for holding fine tasting events, as discussed on the forum here. Their latest was an intriguing billing: pitting some of the most highly rated Burgundy premier crus against their neighbouring grand cru rivals. This prompted some fascinating comparisons, and an intelligent, well-informed debate around the table, led by the impressively knowledgeable and eloquent Roberson's staff, who must be amongst the very best in the business.
