Chapoutier's 2007s

As requested on the forum yesterday, here are my notes on Chapoutier's 2007s. These wines were tasted in March 2008, many of them cask samples so do bear in mind that these are not notes on finished wines. Nevertheless, as I wrote when publishing my notes on North Rhône 2006s, I was even more impressed by Chapoutier’s 2007s (and 2005s) than their – although this producer is such a one man band in the form of Michel Chapoutier that perhaps for once I should write ‘his’ – 2006s....
