Cotarella the revisionist on Guado al Tasso

Renzo Cotarella, in charge of winemaking for Italian mega wine producer Antinori and brother of roving oenologist Riccardo, was in London a couple of months ago to present a vertical of the Bolgheri red, Guado al Tasso. It soon became clear that he is not on the sales side of the company.
The Antinori of course pre-date all the hullabaloo over the Tuscan coast’s Bordeaux blends by more than six centuries.
