English bubbles updated

Nick Baker of The Finest Bubble, the London specialist retailer of carbon dioxide wrapped in wine, has realised that it might be a good idea to add some top-quality English sparkling wine to his range of champagnes. Not long before I set off for Asia he invited me along to taste a range of them blind and the tasting notes below constitute the result.
