As you might imagine, my email Inbox has to be extremely capacious and robust (not least to accommodate invective associated with the vexed question of screwcaps). A couple of recent emails caught my attention and contained information that I thought might be of general interest.

More and more restaurants seem to only offer newer releases of wine. I am always inclined to want to pull out something a bit older from my cellar and more ready to drink (in my opinion)...
