At the recent MW Symposium in Florence, David Gleave MW of Liberty Wines was moderator of the session devoted to high-profile Italian producers. His long experience of dealing with Italy clearly made him wary of promising to stick to timings and he warned us he was not sure he could 'manage the individuality and creativity of these Italians'.
