Tastings, dinners and a lunch – this month none of them struck out in the diary, unlike January and February.
At last, I’m fit and well again! That nasty bitter/metallic taste left by the antibiotic clarithromycin* finally left me in time for a dinner at home with some wine-loving French friends, too late in February to be included in my February diary. I decided I would serve them non-French wines that they were unlikely to encounter at home in Paris and was delighted that they were as impressed as I was by a Nova Scotia sparkling wine, Benjamin Bridge...
