Poet’s Leap Riesling 2006 Columbia Valley 16.5 Drink 2007-09 Luscious and fruity, off-dry, and with apricot, mandarin and honey flavours. Minerally finish and crisp acidity. 12.9% alcohol. (LM)

Chester-Kidder, Red Wine 2004 Columbia Valley 15.5 Drink 2007-12 Cabernet Sauvignon (58%), Syrah, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. It’s soft, chocolately and begging for more structure. Warm plum and black currant, with espresso and toast notes. (LM)
