More on that Greek Cabernet

Background just in from Tsantali, producers of the Cabernet I raved about recently.

The Organic Cabernet 2000 is a newly introduced wine and we are working closely with our agents to promote it around the world. Besides Waitrose, it is now available in Sweden (Systembolaget, SEK 129) and in the US via our agent Fantis Imports.

The Organic Cabernet grapes were harvested mid-September. Pre-fermentation extraction for three days at 12 C was used to give more concentrated fruit.
