MW Symposium Bordeaux – part 5

I hope you are not thoroughly bored by my account of the recent Masters of Wine Symposium in Bordeaux. I found lots of interest here, including during the next session on the Saturday morning entitled 'The role of Masters of Wine in the industry' in which I also took part. My notes are necessarily sketchier than for some other sessions when I was able to sit in the darkened auditorium with my laptop. The first speaker was the first French Master of Wine Olivier Humbrecht MW of Domaine Zind-Humbrecht in Alsace.
