Peter Sisseck, Danish-born wunderkind of northern Spain and the man behind the fabulously priced Pingus seems to have been particularly busy of late.

I happen to have tasted one brand new wine and one new to the UK market, both of which he was apparently behind.  '¥ : Psi', as one of these wines has been named, will presumably have everyone trying to rustle up the relevant Greek character.
