According to Jacky Bernard, of La Ligière and president of the syndicat of Vacqueyras, this was the appellation that was the hardest hit by the frosts in the southern Rhône, affecting more than 80% of the appellation to some degree or another. Syrah here was particularly badly hit, with Grenache and Mourvèdre faring a little...
