Some great wines at the inaugural Riesling Fellowship dinner

I co-hosted the inaugural Riesling Fellowship dinner in London last week. An extremely impressive roster of top producers – mainly German but also from Austria, Alsace and Australia via France – forsook their ferments to attend (see below) and shared some of their best bottles with a handful of UK wine writers and importers (those relevant to particular producers cited below – see links and addresses for more detail). I felt we should almost have gone to visit them rather than vice versa.
