Underrated gems from Roussillon

To accompany my Live from the Languedoc tasting notes, here are around 50 from Roussillon, recorded at the Vinisud fair in Montpellier.
Roussillon is much more like vinous frontier country. Here, there are no multinational producers with glossy press packs and be-suited sales executives. Instead, the region is one of artisanal outfits in a here-be-dragons corner of France's south-west rump.
Not that everything is entirely alien down there. The varieties used are the same as those found in the Languedoc and beyond: Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Macabeu and Roussanne, for instance. Furthermore, the six producers whose wines are described below represent...
