Chinese titbits – dim sum?

I’m now back in London from a whirlwind tour of duty-free Hong Kong, vibrant and cosmopolitan Shanghai, the wilds of Shanxi province (see my series of videos, starting here) and solid, massive Beijing. The impressions of cities spiralling towards the sky in front of one’s eyes, with wine playing an increasing part in the westernisation of urban Chinese, are still vivid.
