Linden Wilkie is a youngish New Zealander who came to London a few years ago with a keen interest in fine wine. Since then he has worked hard at setting up The Fine Wine Experience which organizes topflight wine tastings and occasional wine-based meals, most of them in the Institute of Directors in London.
