And so we move on to the right bank after all last week’s left bank tasting notes and find lots of lovely things here too, with Pomerol being arguably the most consistent right bank appellation. 'Succulent' is how I would sum up the style of the most successful wines, although they vary enormously in their likely longevity. It's a delight to see the hand of so many individual wine farmers here.
