This is a co-operative that has been living through a complete culture change over the last few years, motivated by market imperatives and urged on by the dynamic team in charge of winemaking, viticulture and sales (pictured here in the vineyard: left to right, viticulturist George Kotsiou, winemaker Artemis Toulaki and sales manager George Veranis). 1.75 million euros has been spent on upgrading the winery.
