Tam finds balance and beauty in a selection of 'kind wines' from venerable vines in South Australia.
Back in August 2021, Rachel Williams of the McLaren Vale Grape Wine & Tourism Association (MVGWTA) contacted me to say that they had compiled a list of vine plantings in the region that are 50 years or older, and would we include this information in our Old Vines Register.
