Riesling treats at the Auberge de l'Ill

Those of us who travelled to Alsace earlier this month for the day-long tasting that was La Journée du Riesling were rewarded the night before by the following glorious dinner at the famous Auberge de l'Ill in Illhausern organised by the producers represented here. It was designed to show how well Riesling ages and succeeded in spades.
