The state of New York wine

Tim was not as thrilled by New York state wines as he had hoped to be.
It is a great source of pleasure to visit wine regions. Writing this having recently been in Spain for a few days touring the sherry triangle and beyond, I’m bound to reflect on the fortunate fact that wine is generally grown and made in beautiful, warm places that blur the boundaries between work and holiday.
