There may not have been many Spaniards in attendance – as Jancis recounts in Torres a lone Spaniard on climate change – but Patricia Stefanowicz MW (possibly better known to many Purple Pagers as Patricia of London) was there and paying very close attention.
Held in Barcelona at the Hesperia Hotel and Conference Centre designed by Sir Richard Rogers, the Second International Climate Change and Wine Conference was organised by Pancho Campo [subject of this recent thread on the forum – JR] with speakers came from around the world including Al Gore as closing speaker.
