Trial by temptation at the French Laundry

Greedy masochists might be interested to see the full menu of what I was served at Thomas Keller's French Laundry when I was lucky enough to eat there during my recent brief trip to the Napa Valley, as mentioned in my podcast from there.
The courses (and wines) just kept coming, and coming, and coming but to give the team credit they did sense when we might have had enough and took our suggestion that they cut their proposed cheese and two desserts to one sweet course on the chin. Perhaps inevitably, some of the early courses left the clearest...
