Comfort will ruin your life. So says Bill Eckstrom in his TED talk on comfort, change and growth. We stop growing – and start to stagnate – if we cling to the familiar, those things over which we have total control. Conversely, we grow when we step outside our comfort zones, relinquish a bit of control.
