Yesterday in Spain invades St James’s I reported on the remarkable fact that both J&B and Berry Bros were singing a Spanish song, Here is my report on the vertical tasting of Alion, one of the more respected Ribera del Duero producers set up by Vega Sicilia’s owners. Anything in italics is information given by a representative of Alion, winemaker Javier Ausás unless where otherwise stated.
