It is often said that wine takes itself too seriously. That is indeed a grave shortcoming. However, when wine doesn't take its seriously enough, the results are no better, and the images below go some way to proving it.
They were sent to us by Gerald Weisl of San Francisco wine merchant Weimax. As he says, 'Please go ahead and shed some light on these "marketing geniuses" who want to sell wine in such a crazy fashion! I will have these in the store only when hell freezes over...'
