Dhruv Sawhney of Delhi is perhaps India's most respected wine collector and connoisseur. He was captain of his Cambridge college wine-tasting society. So were both his sons. At the same college, Emmanuel ('Emma'). On the strength of one of his son's tasting ability, goes local legend, he was made Indian importer of Domaine de la Romanée-Conti.
