Last week was a good week for professional wine tasters in London. On Friday we compared fine Pinot Noirs from around the world – blind, which is always fun. The day before, some of us had also had the opportunity to taste nearly 60 Clos Vougeot 2009s blind. And on Tuesday afternoon fine-wine traders Farr Vintners hosted a tasting of every vintage of Ch Angélus made by the current proprietor Hubert de Boüard, from magnums straight from his own cellar.
