Somehow, Samantha has managed to produce this, the final instalment of her vintage diary, even though she must be exhausted and jetlagged after a 63-hour journey back to the Pacific Northwest from South Australia. She ends by comparing her first-hand experience of winemaking in Oregon and Australia.
I realise that in my last journal entry I promised you more technical harvest information. Unfortunately, the events of the last week make that very difficult. Instead, what I have for you is a summary of my week (seriously affected by the coronavirus) and a comparison of this vintage with my last one...
