Fine wine v billionaires

I am indebted to Liv-ex for the graphic below that shows quite convincingly how closely their index of fine wine prices follows the total number of billionaires in the world. (Such a shame that someone told billionaires about the pleasures of the grape.)
According to Forbes magazine, the country with the greatest number of billionaires is still the US but China is now in second place – and two-thirds of newcomers to this privileged class are from Asia.
