I really do have the greatest job in the world. The following treasures from the Kloster Eberbach cellars of the Hessische Staatsweingüter, or state winery, were served at a dinner I was invited to at the famous Zum Krug restaurant in Hattenheim in the Rheingau on the eve of a historic tasting of 20th-century German wine that you can see and read about later this week.
