This week will be devoted to a recent reassessment of 2009 bordeaux – tasted blind. But in preparation for my detailed tasting notes on more than 250 top wines, including all the most important ones, I'd like to share with you brief but appreciative notes on the generally delectable wines we all shared on the second night of our three-day tasting in Southwold 10 days ago.
