In support of International Grenache Day today, we have assembled the following collection of the tasting notes we have all taken recently for your delectation and to show the great diversity of the Grenache grape, whatever colour its skin and whatever the sweetness level of the wine.
The one style Grenache cannot do is slim and brisk, although it is possible to find increasingly refreshing varietal examples of Grenache Blanc in the Languedoc-Roussillon.
