The most surprising sort of cider, one that will most reliably take your breath away, is surely ice cider. These are the most intense, the most aromatic, the sweetest and the most luscious ciders of all and, pertinently to readers of this website, probably the ciders which most easily reach out and touch their vinous counterparts.
On which note, let’s address the most obvious question: are ice ciders made in the same way as ice wines? Well, yes. And no. Let me explain...
