Impressions of west meets east wine experiment

Jim Boyce is based in Beijing and is responsible for www.grapewallofchina.com and has been closely involved in organising the Ningxia Winemakers Challenge on which we reported in three articles last week, of which the last was here. Below he adds some of his own reflections on this unique example of east meeting west in the winemaking area.
