Jancis previewed Iris Ellman’s WineBarn annual London tasting because it was open to private customers in the evening session as well as to trade customers during the day. It was great to meet purple pagers Don Edwards and Ute Decker.
These are my notes on pretty much the entire range, plus a couple of older vintages of Wirsching’s Silvaner, tasted later, which were educationally delicious.
