Totem Wines of Ibiza

Laurent Frésard sent me these samples of the wines he makes on the Balearic island of Ibiza (not a well-known wine hotspot) some time ago. I'm always up for a new wine experience, as you may know, so I tasted them with real curiosity. I had already tasted his first vintage, 2007, so it was interesting to see how the wines have evolved. The packaging, by the way, is very smart and I'm sure I would be thrilled to find a bottle of his rosé if I had the stamina to holiday on the island. I'm not totally convinced that...
