Trad v modern – a comparative tasting

I finally experienced a tasting I´ve been meaning to do for ages and all because of those organising the Prazeres da Mesa wine and food event in São Paulo last week. It was their idea to choose pairs of wines to illustrate what one might call ancient and modern styles of winemaking, from the same wine region but with marked differences in vinification and philosophy.
