Concluding our African week, I bring you news of some really rather impressive Tunisian wines. While Karim Hwaidak was showing his smartly dressed new offerings from Sahara Vineyards (see Wine in Egypt) at the London Wine Trade Fair earlier this month, Chris Birkin was showing a range of wines from Tunisia that they import via their company in Suffolk, Côtes d’Afrique (01394 410 319 or cotesdafrique@btconnect.com).
