In April our team descended on Adelaide, Australia, for the second class session of the Wine MBA programme. Classmate Danny Fay had already spent considerable time 'down under' as he arrived earlier to work the harvest at Seppelt, where he was in charge of red-wine fermentation. From his emails we got a flavour for the vernacular and were warned of the warmer climate.
